Keto/Low Carb Mushroom Swiss Sliders on Cheesebuns

Omg these were incredible, and I want to put this aioli on everything! Did you notice I added sesame seeds to the #cheesebuns for that "authentic burger bun" look? 😂👌 Just sprinkle them on the cheese piles and they bake right in. . Burgers topped with Swiss cheese, aioli, and sliced white mushrooms. After sautéeing the mushrooms in butter and onions, I simmered them in the aioli to really infuse the flavors. 🤤 For the aioli combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Keto/Low Carb Cheeseburger Spring Rolls

I ketofied one of The Cheesecake Factory's appetizers… and…Oh. My. God. This is one of my favorite things that I've made…ever. 🤯 And my boyfriend agrees! It's so very rare when we agree on food, but these were magnificent. It's that same exact crunchy/crispy fried taste of an egg roll wrapper (my favorite part), but filled with cheesy, oniony ground beef (his favorite part). 👏 Of course I used my favorite @cutdacarb flatbread for the wrap and they fry up *perfectly* in bacon grease. Bacon Cheeseburger & Fried Pickles

I LOVE fried pickles and am so happy we can have them again! Paired with a bacon cheeseburger on cheesy buns. These are very low carb, less than 1 net for *10* pickles.

Pickles

Macros and pricing:
Based on the products we used, these ingredients will cost roughly $2.67 and make 2 servings.
Per serving (serving size = 10 pickles)
Fat – 22.62g
Total carbs – 0.99g
Net carbs – 0.99g
Protein – 24.76g

Ingredients:
20 sliced dill pickles
1 egg
2 tbsp heavy cream
Seasoning to taste
3oz pork rinds

Directions:
Preheat broiler to high.
Process/grind up pork rinds and seasonings until it’s a fine powder. Pour onto plate for easy dipping.
In a separate bowl whip egg and cream together.
Drop all pickles into egg mixture and remove one with a fork.
Place pickle on pile of pork rinds mixture and sprinkle more mixture on the top until you can’t see the pickle. Press the pork rinds onto the pickle to make it stick to both sides.
Pick up the covered pickle and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Repeat with the rest of the pickles.
Broil for 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve with ranch dressing or dip of choice.

Cheese Buns

Based on the products we used, these ingredients will cost roughly $0.52 and make 1 serving.
Per serving (serving size = 2 buns)
Fat – 21g
Total carbs – 2.5g
Net carbs – 2.5g
Protein – 28g

Ingredients:
1 egg
½ cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated or shredded, both work)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients and place 2 mounds on a parchment paper or silicon mat lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
