Omg these were incredible, and I want to put this aioli on everything! Did you notice I added sesame seeds to the #cheesebuns for that "authentic burger bun" look? 😂👌 Just sprinkle them on the cheese piles and they bake right in. . Burgers topped with Swiss cheese, aioli, and sliced white mushrooms. After sautéeing the mushrooms in butter and onions, I simmered them in the aioli to really infuse the flavors. 🤤 For the aioli combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. No recipe, just taste as you go. . Keto/Low Carb Bison Bacon Double Cheeseburger


Meatball Marinara Burgers on Cheese Buns

a.k.a. “One Big-Ass Meatball”. 😂 I love love LOVE Italian meatballs. Just find (or make) a marinara low in carbs and you, too, can have this in your life!

½ lb ground beef
¼ lb Italian sausage
2 eggs
2 tbsp grated parmesan
Seasonings, chopped onions to taste
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
¼ cup shredded parmesan
½ cup marina

In a food processor, add the ground beef, Italian sausage, 1 egg, grated parmesan, onions and seasonings. Process for a few seconds until throughly combined.
Remove mixture and shape into 2 patties. Fry/grill burgers. Top with ½ cup of shredded mozzarella and marinara.
For the cheese buns, preheat oven to 350°F. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 egg with 1 cup shredded mozzarella and ½ cup shredded parmesan. Season to taste. Place 4 mounds on a parchment paper or silicon mat lined cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes.

Based on the products we used, the cost of these ingredients will be roughly $3.16 and make 2 servings. A serving = 1 sandwich, with cheese buns.

Jalapeno Popper Burger

Omgggggg these came out EVEN BETTER than I imagined! #jalapenopoppereverything!

Macros and pricing:
Based on the products we used, the cost of these ingredients will be roughly $4.47 and make 2 burgers.
Per burger:
Fat = 49.7g
TOTAL carbs = 5.1g
Net carbs = 4g
Protein = 55.6g

1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp real bacon pieces
2 oz cream cheese
¼ cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp lowest carb salsa you can find
1 jalepano
4 strips of bacon, fully cooked

Combine the ground beef and real bacon pieces. Shape into patties and grill.
Slice or chop jalapeno.
In a microwavable bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa and jalapeno. Microwave 2 minutes on high.
Spoon cream cheese mixture onto patties. Optional: top with more shredded cheese, red pepper flakes, chives, parsley, or any other seasonings.
Add bacon strips.
