Full disclosure…I am genuinely obsessed with this recipe. I canNOT get enough of it. I have already made it two times within the past week, and that still wasn’t enough. 😭 As you can see in the video, it’s “falling apart tender”, and the flavor of the au jus, ranch, butter, and the melting fat create a gravy that is so rich. I just never would have imagined those ingredients would produce *that* taste.
