Fried Halloumi

I’m sure you’ve all seen a post where someone frys up some thick slabs of white cheese and it looks delish. We of course had to get in on this. It’s so much easier to fry cheese that’s MADE for frying, than having to spend the money and the time to ketofy breading for mozarella sticks. We don’t have a deep fryer, so a pan and some safflower oil did the trick! 👌

This has been available in every grocery store we’ve gone to so far, as was queso de fresco which we also tried. Halloumi is much saltier than the queso de fresco, but we love both!
