Mexican Pizza

We’ve never tried putting lettuce on a pizza until now! #sohealthy Usually our Mexican pizza looks like the last picture, (just cheese, meat, tomato and nacho cheese) and DAMN was it good even then. I couldn’t imagine this without the nacho cheese/queso sauce, though. It adds so much flavor!

Based on the products we used, the cost of these ingredients will be roughly $3.50 and serve 2.
Per serving:
Fat = 43.9g

Zero carb chicken crust dough recipe | Keto Connect

Toppings:
½ lb ground beef
Seasoning to taste
3 slices American Cheese, torn into pieces
½ tbsp bacon grease
2 tbsp salsa
½ cup shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomato

Instructions (after making the crust above):
Brown ground beef, add onion and seasoning to taste.
For the nacho cheese, combine bacon grease, American Cheese and salsa in microwavable bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds.
Spread nachos cheese onto the cooked dough then top with ground beef.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake 5-10 more minutes, or until cheese melts.
Top with lettuce and tomato.
