BLTs!

What is it about BLTs?! So simple but SO MUCH YUM. I haven’t had one in years, for some reason; don’t be like me. 😄 Our cheesy buns/cheese bread open up a world of keto possibilities when it comes to sandwiches, burgers, etc. – and this is definitely one of my all time favorites.

Macros and pricing:
Based on the products we used, the cost of these ingredients will be roughly $2.09 and make 2 sandwiches.
Per sandwich:
Fat – 40g
Total carbs – 5.4g
Net carbs – 4.6g
Protein – 32.8g

Ingredients
6 pieces of bacon, cooked
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded parmesan
1 egg
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Lettuce
Tomato

Directions:
Mix the shredded mozzarella, parmesan and egg together and place 4 mounds on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Once cooked spread mayo on the buns.
Top with lettuce, tomato and bacon.
