Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars

These came out soooooo damn well. A new favorite, even without the caramel topping! Since I had to make a batch of the caramel, anyway, for the filling (and I really didn’t want to bother calculating a half recipe), I just used the rest for the topping as directed. Something that really added to it was the pecan crust, though; it’s game changing! You’ll want to use it as the crust for eeeeeverything!

Macros and pricing:
Based on the products we used, the cost of these ingredients will be roughly $10.79 and make 16 bars. You can cut them in half to make 32 bars, and/or leave off the caramel topping thus reducing the carbs; however the information below is based on 16 bars WITH the caramel topping.

Total carbs – 16g
Net carbs – 4.5g
Protein – 4.6g
