This bread is sooo good. Being able to have sandwiches again after starting keto is already a game changer, and while cloud bread is really good and very low (almost 0) carb – this bread is cheesy, thick and flavorful. It’s also extremely quick and easy to make.

6 slices ham
Cheese of your choice (I used American)
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix the shredded mozzarella, parmesan and egg together. Place 2 mounds on a parchment paper or silicon mat lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with ham and cheese.
Place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
